It already says above, but I'll say it again. You are allowed to reskin our content because our content uses parts from other people's models (eg. Richard Jordan). But please do not mesh edit my stuff or turn it into OCs, its happened so many times now. With other site members like Lachlan, their stuff can be mesh edited, however you need permission from Charles if you want to edit his things. Like me, do not turn their things into OC related content. The one thing we all agree on though, is to PLEASE not convert our stuff for Trainz android, it is illegal and has been stated many times.
